It's hard to explain the director's friendliness. Rather than being unkind, it's more like they feel like the owner of a neighborhood beauty salon rather than someone with a professional feel. They mix in casual speech, smell like cigarettes, and things like that. I've only had Botox treatments there, and there has never really been a problem. They did it carefully and well, so I was satisfied. The clinic facility is structured as one treatment room inside another clinic, and since they operate through a cafe without a homepage, I didn't like that I couldn't know the director's real name or career history. Inside the treatment room, there were also boxes stacked up, so that felt a bit off too
