When I told the staff that I wanted to receive treatment from a male director instead of the female director, they gave me a stern look and said I couldn’t designate one, and that the staff here all receive treatment from the female director because she is good. I only asked whether it might be possible, but they reacted so sternly that I was scared and couldn’t ask any questions.
