The director is very kind and examines things carefully. Besides hair removal, I only get Botox here too, and every time it hurts less, and they explain well, such as which side of my jaw is more developed and where and how many shots should be placed, so I trust them and receive it. I think I make sure to go once every 6 months. I had a consultation once in the beginning, but I don’t think it helped me. The nurses are just so-so too. But the director is really kind. I have also received several other procedures here, and if you are going just for the director, I recommend it
