I was recommended natural adhesion and epicanthoplasty here. After drawing the line, they said I don't have a lot of fat in my eyes, so it would be fine to do the buried-suture type. But because I have an epicanthal fold, they said I need epicanthoplasty for the line to come out more clearly; otherwise it might end up too thin and I could be dissatisfied. In any case, I liked that they recommended only the parts I truly needed. I haven't looked around many clinics yet, but this one will probably be the strongest candidate.
