I ended up having surgery right away on the day of the consultation. I did what the director said, and proceeded with epicanthoplasty and buried-suture double eyelid surgery. But since I have a bit of fat on my upper eyelids, I did wonder whether buried sutures would really be possible, but I just went into the operating room as instructed. The surgery didn’t hurt much because of the anesthesia, though it did hurt a bit around the time the anesthesia wore off. Still, it was tolerable, and the swelling wasn’t that severe. But there was no separate aftercare here, so it ended after just removing the stitches. Then after half a year to a year passed, the back part came slightly undone. So I called, and they said I would have to pay separately and get surgery again…
