I had surgery because I had a lot of cheekbone-area fat. First of all, the manager was kind. In my case, there was a lot of soft tissue, but also a large amount of bone, so the soft tissue definitely decreased, but because the bone was large, I didn’t see a dramatic effect. It was done under local anesthesia, and it was less scary than I expected.
