My expectations for breast fat grafting were very low to begin with, so I’m fairly satisfied with this level. After the second round, it still looks like a full B cup. It’s been almost a year since the second round, and seeing that it’s being maintained, I think it’s safe to say it’ll stay like this. However, you should keep in mind the scar at the fat harvest site.
