My build is average, but my butt is on the flat side, so I got the procedure. I almost leaned toward fat grafting, but I saw a lot of bad reviews saying the survival rate is low and that if you lose weight, it comes off too, so I looked into fillers and collagen. Collagen seemed a bit safer, so I went ahead with that. Because I had it under sedation anesthesia, there was almost no pain. They said my butt wasn’t completely lacking in fat, so to add volume they put in 300cc on each side. When I wear jeans or a skirt, the volume really stands out, so I’m super satisfied.
