I had Ulthera and Shurink done here around January this year, and the director was extremely kind. They also focused on the areas I was worried about during the procedure, so I was very grateful. My face doesn’t respond well to procedures, so in the end there wasn’t a big difference before and after, but the female director was so kind that I started thinking I’d like to come here for other procedures like hair removal. At the time the female director was pregnant, so I guess she has given birth by now. For reference, some of the front desk staff were really rude before the procedure, but the female director was so considerate and kind that it felt like it balanced out.
