I received hair removal treatment, and everyone was kind. The process moved quickly, so there was less waiting time than I expected. It is the dermatology clinic I used most often. They do the armpits and under the nose without anesthetic cream, but for men, maybe because their hair is thicker, they seemed to apply anesthetic cream for a long time before hair removal. I was fairly satisfied
