I'm currently undergoing Agnes laser treatment, and I've only had one session so I still don't know if there's a clear effect yet, but I was really worried it would hurt and it didn't hurt as much as I expected. The staff were kind and cheerful, and the doctor who performed the procedure was kind too, so it seemed good.
