I usually don’t do lifting because I’m afraid it’ll hurt, but I visited during an event and got it because it was cheap. They say the effect is bigger if you keep doing it many times, but I didn’t have time so I could only do it once, which was disappointing. The pain was bearable, and I didn’t see a dramatic effect. Maybe if I had gone several times, the effect would have been good. The facility is also neat and it’s relatively close to my house, so I’m thinking of visiting every time there’s an event and comparing them.
