I had completely wiped out my freckles before with 3 IPL sessions at another hospital that I don’t even remember anymore, and after a lot of time passed, they came back, so I visited because it was nearby. They recommended more than 10 sessions of Ruby Laser White Toning. It was financially burdensome, and I remembered removing them all with IPL, so I did 3 IPL sessions, but I literally saw not even 1 bit of effect.
