The consultant was kind, and the doctor’s confidence was good too, but the doctor felt extremely rushed.. I think the consultation lasted barely even 10 minutes, and even that was because I stopped him when he was about to leave midway.
I did not hear anything about design aspects or surgical methods at all. I went in thinking about chin-tip reduction, but just came out after being recommended the 3 types of facial contouring. As for design-related discussion, I only managed to hear that it would be decided through a consultation before surgery because I asked the consultant.
On top of that, he asserted that if I do it at my age, 22, there would be no skin sagging.. I had understood skin sagging to be a side effect that 100% happens, so I felt so confused..? The consultant, before the consultation, had actually said something like if I do chin-tip surgery, the soft tissue could sag, so~ and so on.
Regarding skin sagging, he gave the example that if you get pregnant when you are young, a sagging belly is easier to restore to its original state, but if you get pregnant in your 30s or 40s, recovery is difficult. I am still not sure about it.
The doctor’s reputation for skill is widely known, and he really was full of confidence, but for now the consultation made me wonder, what was that? But I did not hear the blunt fact-bombing(?) mentioned in other consultation review posts.
