I had surgery, and by my standards, the nose shape is too high and pointy. Some people may like this, but I wish it were a bit more natural. I think it would be even better if they made it suit the face. These days, it seems they also do custom silicone implants. The doctor is really kind and personally checks all the follow-ups.
