I had a bulbous nose and got rhinoplasty without implants. The doctor was kind, and I also had rhinitis surgery at the same time. After surgery, I can definitely breathe well. I think it was the best possible result for my nose. My columella was short, so I asked for the columella to be lengthened, and because of that, my nose does look a little long, but that was my opinion ㅠㅠ The doctor took good care of me, and the aftercare was good too.
