My first double eyelid surgery was done with partial-incision double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and medial epicanthoplasty, and it has been over 10 years. Currently, my eyes do not open fully, the ptosis correction is insufficient, the line is large so I have a sausage-like appearance, and the eyelash-side mucous membrane is also visible. I visited for a consultation because I wanted to open my eyes properly and improve things overall. They recommended double-line lowering and ptosis correction. They said the sausage-like appearance is the biggest problem, and the higher the line is, the more sausage-like it becomes and the more it causes ptosis. They said ptosis correction alone would not work, and lowering the line would need to be done together. They said the current line should be lowered by about half. As for the eyelashes being lifted so that the mucous membrane is visible, if I have revision surgery…
