Maybe because it is definitely an inexpensive factory-style clinic, there were seriously so many people. They were really all sitting in a row on the bench waiting with anesthetic cream on their faces Since it is like that, when the doctor comes in, they just start the procedure right away, and once it is over, the doctor leaves without looking back. I am not saying it is bad, just that since they are busy, it probably cannot be helped. Just average.
