I was looking for a place near my house to get acne care and hair removal. First of all, the staff at the clinic were very kind. Acne care is the kind of thing where they extract stuff and so on, and it was just average at worst, and there were no rude people. When I got laser care, the director came out, talked to me, and it was really fun. However, when I got the hair removal laser, they said it would not hurt, but it did hurt a bit. I saw online that other hospitals apply numbing cream for hair removal, but they did not apply any, so it hurt a lot
