There was exactly one thing I was worried about while doing it at this hospital: that the effect might not be very noticeable, or that they might remove too conservatively. Looking back now, half of that was right and half was wrong. It was partly because I was already a normal weight at around 161 cm and 50 kg, and also because during the consultation they kept emphasizing every time that if too much is removed from the lower abdomen, it can sag and look strange, so I didn't expect the effect to be dramatic.
