The doctor is kind. Even when I go only to get a prescription for diet medicine, they always try to see my face, explain things, and counsel me when prescribing appetite suppressants. A lot of places just hand over the prescription, but this is a hospital I can trust because of things like that. Even if it’s not a procedure they do at their own clinic, they still answer if you ask.
