I don't remember the price clearly, was it 700,000 won? Anyway, a few years ago when I was in high school, I heard that a lot of people from Mokpo get it done here, so I went to get double eyelid surgery without any information. The consultation was a simple one for about 5 minutes right before the surgery, and then I went straight into surgery. Without talking about in-out or anything like that, they just held a toothpick over my eyes to set the line and told me they would proceed like that. It didn't feel professional, but it was nice to have the surgery cheaply somewhere close to home.
