I went in for a nose surgery consultation, and the director immediately understood what I wanted, so the consultation was comfortable. They understood what I didn't like and explained in detail how the surgery would be done, which was great. Overall, I felt they were kind. I haven't had surgery here yet because I'm still consulting other places, so I'll give the surgery expectation only 1 star.
