I went here for a consultation, and first of all the nurse was incredibly kind and nice. But the doctor was a bit like that. During the consultation he did seem professional and good, but while showing result photos, he showed photos that honestly would feel overwhelming to anyone and asked if I could handle it. How could anyone handle seeing photos like that? So my expectations for surgery dropped a lot.
