I had incisional double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty on February 18 this year?

But,, at first the swelling was severe,, and around a month later it started going down a lot But now the swelling still hasn’t gone down yet,, and the problem is,,, my double eyelid is getting covered It’s gradually going back to how it was before double eyelid surgery What do I do I spent so much money on it, but my eyes are going back to how they used to be When I look at photos of people here who had eye surgery, I’m so jealous What should I do? Seriously This is a problem At this rate,, I feel like it will gradually become a very thin inner double eyelid And,, during surgery the doctor asked whether I wanted thin, medium, or large, and I said,, I really hate thin, so we did medium, but what is this situation now I even went to the hair salon,, and the stylist there said it looks like my double eyelid will get covered too The money feels wasted too What should I do?
