I got alar Botox. It's not a part that usually stands out much, so I don't pay much attention to it, but when I talk or focus, it naturally tenses up, so I tried it. The injection hurts a lot. But like other Botox treatments, the effect is only temporary, and the alar itself doesn't actually get smaller.
