Do not go there under any circumstances. I am writing this for the public good. The doctor did not even explain what surgery would be done before the operation, and just wrote things roughly in a way only he could read and explained everything very sloppily. Without saying a word, he just drew one picture and then cut out the alar cartilage - what was that supposed to mean?
