I had Potenza, but I have no idea about the effect at all. During the consultation, I felt like they were recommending too many procedures. When they applied anesthesia, some areas of my face had not been applied at all, so I asked about it. They said they normally don’t apply it there, then checked again, came back, and applied it all again. If I hadn’t said anything, I almost would’ve received the procedure completely raw. The procedure itself wasn’t extremely painful. I don’t know the person in charge’s name.
