I've been going here for over a year, and they keep recommending more and more aggressive procedures. In the end, my skin barrier completely collapsed. The director is kind and meticulous, though. But sometimes he does strong procedures without considering my skin condition. The manager is kind too, but keeps talking about packages. When it's busy, the front desk staff do it instead, and after Fraxel, they peeled off a healing wound by rolling over it, so it indented as is and got badly scarred. I never went back after that.
