For general skin care, the cost-effectiveness is very good. If you have skin trouble, extraction is also possible. It is a paid, factory-style clinic, but it's clean and fairly systematic, so there isn't really anything to complain about. However, even when I have an appointment, there are sometimes times when I wait more than 30 minutes, which is frustrating.
