It’s factory-style. I went every Saturday to get treatments, and there were a lot of people. There’s quite a wait on weekends. I thought it was a non-contact laser, but they used a bikini laser, so at first I felt like I’d been tricked. But they said bikini laser is also fine for removing thick hair, so I felt relieved.
