I don’t have any complaints about the doctor, but the consultation manager isn’t great. I don’t know if she gets incentives, but she seems to want me to register for a membership, and it feels really burdensome. While I purchased the membership three times, the consultation manager changed several times, and they were unfriendly, so I moved somewhere else.
