When I made the surgery reservation months after the consultation, they did not seem to remember the consultation details well. I wonder if the chart notes were not written in enough detail. Even so, the reason I chose this place was that during consultations at two other places, they said silicone was necessary, but here they said it was not necessary, so I went ahead. But during the surgery, they asked whether it might be better to insert silicone, too. I did not have it inserted, though.
