One side is an in-out line and the other side is an out line??

It’s been 3 days since I had buried sutures and epicanthoplasty.. But one side is an in-out line and the other side is an out line. It really bothers me every time I look in the mirror.ㅡㅡ: Even when I close my eyes and check the buried-suture line, it’s obvious that one side starts inward and the other side starts outward.. I don’t think this will be fixed even after the swelling goes down. What do you think? Do I need line correction? If I do, will they redo both sides? Or only correct the out-in side??
