I had a consultation with the director, and even though it was very long, he did it thoroughly without showing any annoyance. Maybe it’s because it’s such an expensive surgery, but anyway I was satisfied. The consultation manager was also kind and had a nice tone and face when speaking, but there was a bit of pushiness about the deposit and the surgery date.
