I had buried lower canthoplasty around 2010. Since my left and right eyes naturally had different opening strength, and I only had the buried method done without any other correction, my eyes were uneven right after surgery, but the line itself wasn’t uneven. About 6 years after the surgery, one side started to loosen badly, and now, 10 years later, I’m looking into revision surgery.
