The effect is definitely there, but it lasts 2 weeks and then it’s over They say it can last a year if you don’t gain weight, but I really don’t know. For reference, my weight stayed the same. I got all 3 sessions, but you only look sharply prettier right when you get them, so I recommend it for important events, weddings, or other occasions, or for people who have plenty of money and want to spend some.
