Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Straight nose. Before surgery. Puhahaha...*0*

(Two pre-surgery photos.) So many people said it was a huge success, so I’m truly grateful.. At this rate, I think I might really get “fantasy nose disease.” A lot of people have been asking for hospital information, but I had it done in Masan. Not Seoul.. I’m sorry because I don’t think the hospital information I can give will be very helpful. (If anyone in this area is planning to have surgery, I’ll give you the information..) The cost was 2.3 million won, and I didn’t use ear cartilage..? or anything like that. They shaved down the hump and cartilage, and balanced the nasal tip with AlloDerm. The photos are from before surgery. Ugh.. seeing the dorsal hump I had forgotten about again in photos.. tonight I will surely be haunted again by that hump in my sleep.. haha That huge solid-bone thing on my nasal bridge.. That was my hump, and from that hooked part through the cartilage, they ground it all down.. What the doctor said.. “Once we actually opened it up.. (Hul.. I guess that means they opened the lid?^^;;) the nasal bone was very thick sideways, so we opened it way up all the way under the eyes... something something...” He said it would be hard for a nose like mine to become a beoseon-style upturned nose. So I.. Then I asked him to make me look like “female Jang Dong-gun.”ㅡ..ㅡ (Personally, I’m a fan of Jang Dong-gun’s nose..) For the nasal tip, they inserted one piece of artificial bone and put AlloDerm over it.. (I did not have osteotomy.) They scraped and scraped it down. With something like a file?? sandpaper??(^^;; sorry. The sandpaper used to smooth cue sticks at billiard halls..) they ground down my nasal bone a lot. Some people say that sound was so chilling it was horrifying.. But for me.. it felt so satisfying... haha (Please grind them all down firmly and completely.. you humps..) hul.. Now. There is a slight uneven contour. I used to think that after surgery everyone gets a perfect, smooth nose like a celebrity. “A Hyori nose, a Gain nose, ..” If I just ordered it like that, as if stamped out at a factory.. my nose would transform.. be reborn.. Hul.. The moment I came down from the operating table, I swore that even if someone gave me a billion, I would never have nose surgery again.... And yet whenever I feel the hump slowly wriggling, starting to show itself bit by bit.. “I already did it once, why couldn’t I do it twice... I should start a savings account..” Thinking things like that, I wonder if human greed has no limit.. or if I need to reinvest in myself, who doesn’t know satisfaction.. When I look in the mirror (in about one month after surgery, I probably spent more time looking in the mirror than I did in all 27 years before..) I can feel the uneven contour, but in photos, even to me it doesn’t look that severe. Besides, everyone here keeps hyping me up.. I got excited.. and felt like I might just go crazy, so while remembering my dorsal-hump nightmare,^^ I’m uploading my pre-surgery photos. The nostrils in the photos are kind of... huge, right? My nostrils were originally huge. (They were probably about the size of sprouted kidney beans. haha) After surgery, my nostrils definitely stand out even more..
