The doctor and nurses were all kind and attentive. However, the effect did not come out as well as I expected, so I don’t think I’ll spend more money on lifting. Results may vary by individual. They did it carefully, and people do say things like, huh, your face looks a bit different, did you lose weight, I did diet at the same time. I guess you could call it a subtle change. But then I also wonder if it was my fault for expecting too much from lifting lol
