Consultation reviews for revision surgery for sausage-like eyelids

I had medial epicanthoplasty + incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction 10 years ago, but the crease is much higher than I wanted and looks sausage-like, so I'm looking into revision surgery. I wanted revision surgery starting about 1 year after the first surgery, but the thought of getting back on the operating table was so awful that I kept putting it off, and now I'm finally looking into it. I'll write these in the order I went for consultations!

1. ㅇㅁㄹ Plastic Surgery, Director ㄷㅇㄹ (no consultation fee) Before seeing the director, I first consulted with the consultant, and the consultant took photos of my eyes and sent them to the director. When the director consulted with me, while looking at the photos, they pointed out everything I had disliked about my eyes / thought was a problem. So my trust went up. I was diagnosed with excision only of the deepest part of the scar + two-line dissection for the rest + ptosis correction. They said the scar would not be removed 100%, but it would improve a lot. When I said I was debating whether to make the double eyelid line an inline or in-out line, they said both were possible, but many people regret choosing an inline, so they recommended an in-out line. The price was in the low 6 million won range. And I waited almost 2 hours. Surgery time: 2 and a half hours

2. ㄱㄹㅂ Plastic Surgery, Director ㅂㅈㅊ (no consultation fee) Two-line dissection + ptosis correction. No spare skin. I was concerned because the double eyelid scar is so deep, so I asked what would happen to the scar, and they spoke as if it would be better not to have big expectations. They said an inline would only be possible if I had epicanthoplasty reversal, and in my current condition only an in-out line is possible. The price was in the high 4 million won range. I waited about 30 minutes. The consultant only briefly explained aftercare and the price. Surgery time: 1 hour 10-20 minutes

3. ㅇㅂㅈ Plastic Surgery, Director ㅇㅂㅈ (consultation fee 11,000 won) Excision + ptosis correction. Of the five places I visited, this was the only one that mentioned excision. There is spare skin. They said the scar would become cleaner. But I felt communication with the director was a bit difficult... I said 1. I want a very thin in-out line, and 2. my pupils are uneven now, so I want to make them symmetrical. But the director said I shouldn't look at those partial details and need to look at the overall picture, and only said things like, "I'll make it natural, so just trust me and lie down on the operating table." Looking back now, I think they were saying my requests are realistically difficult. The price was in the mid 3 million won range. There was almost no wait. But the consultant explained things for a long time. They kept touching my eyes and went on and on about what my eyes were like. I was a bit taken aback because it felt like the consultant was saying what a doctor should say. Surgery time: 1 and a half hours

4. ㅇㅇㅇ Plastic Surgery, Director ㅈㅇㄱ (no consultation fee) Two-line dissection + ptosis correction. They said there isn't much spare skin and that I shouldn't focus on scar improvement. They marked the line with a toothpick. This was the only place that directly marked the line on my face. When I said I wanted a thin in-out line, they said realistically that would be difficult, and that the line near the inner corner of my eye is high now, so the surgery would need to proceed by lowering that area a bit. The price was in the mid 4 million won range. I waited about 30 minutes. Both the director and consultant were kind. Surgery time: over 3 hours

5. ㅁㅅㄹㅇ Plastic Surgery, Director ㅅㅅㅂ (no consultation fee) Loosening the current double eyelid line a bit + ptosis correction. The tissue under the double eyelid line is too damaged, so two-line dissection isn't possible, and there is far too little spare skin, so excision is absolutely not possible. There is a slightly dark reddish tone under the double eyelid line, and they said it is because the tissue was damaged too much when the area under the line was scraped out(?) during the first surgery. They said lowering the current line by 1/2 is the "goal." It may not lower by as much as 1/2. They said the scar might improve a tiny bit. They said instead of worrying about the scar, my eye condition now is to the point where I should be grateful revision surgery is even possible. The price was in the high 4 million won range. I don't think I waited even 10 minutes. The consultant only briefly explained aftercare and the price. Surgery time: 1 and a half to 2 hours

What all five places said in common 1. The double eyelid is too deep and pulled too tightly. 2. Although I was told I had ptosis correction, it wasn't done properly. The amount of pupil exposure is also uneven.

Actually, there is a lot of talk about side effects from ptosis correction, so I didn't want to do it, but even to my eyes, my pupils look uneven (especially my right eye only opens about halfway), so I'm a bit conflicted...
