I also had lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty last year. I did it because the asymmetry in my eyes was really severe, but if I only look at the result, nothing changed at all. Back then my eyes were widened for about a month or two, but they originally weren’t eyes that could be widened much, so they didn’t really open much to begin with. But later they tightened back up, and now they’re just back to how they were.
