I had my nasal bones brought together with an osteotomy and had silicone inserted, but now I want to remove the silicone.. Then the height should be similar to my original nose, right? Will it become even lower???? If I remove the silicone, only the osteotomized nasal bones will remain in my nose.... The osteotomy wouldn't have made my nose lower or anything like that, right..?? ㅠ.ㅠ.. I desperately need replies~~~!!!
