I had a procedure 8 years ago. I only had tip plasty and a paranasal implant, and I am satisfied, though I think there is a slight visibility at the tip of my nose. I was satisfied with the aftercare too, and it turned out so naturally that people around me didn't really know I had surgery I don't know whether I should be happy about that or not, but anyway I'm pretty satisfied
