Reservations don't work, parking doesn't work, no anesthesia, everything is done haphazardly, strange. If you don't expect any service at all and are pursuing cost-effectiveness, then go. They seemed to do a lot of hair-removal laser treatments, but I was the only one there for Ruby, so there were very, very, very many men waiting. Since I was there anyway, I kind of wonder if I should have tried upper-lip laser too.
