I had my mom get surgery. She had both upper and lower blepharoplasty, and she was stressed enough to get both done. Visibly, the sagging was severe, and her impression looked stuffy and tired, but now her facial features look clearer than before. She only had surgery on her eyes, but her impression changed. There was quite a bit of swelling in the beginning, so I was worried, but after about 3 months, it settled well, and my mom likes it too. She smiles more, and naturally her face looks brighter, so not bad.
