*A Nose Surgery Review That Was Different From What I Expected

Hello I was full of fear before surgery, but now that it’s done, I feel at ease. Just as I was, I’m posting this review for those who are curious before surgery. For reference, I’m male, and I only had my nasal bridge straightened with Gore-Tex. I arrived at the clinic (Apgujeong *ㅋ) at 10 a.m., my scheduled surgery time. When I got onto the operating table, the nurse tightly strapped me to the bed, maybe in case I thrashed around during surgery, and inserted an IV into my forearm. Like in a movie, I pretended to try escaping once, and after waiting a little longer, the doctor came and explained precautions about surgical side effects (inflammation, etc...) and recorded me saying whether I agreed to the surgery. This is where I felt confused. Since they had warned me about side effects, if any problems occurred, would the causal relationship become ambiguous... I trusted the director, who seemed very kind, completely and went ahead with it. When they inserted the famous(?) sleep anesthesia injection somewhere in my forearm (probably through the IV..), after about ten seconds, sleep came over me like getting drowsy in math class. I didn’t feel dazed or have any strange sensation at all. ... As sensation came back to my body, I felt as if the director was applying tremendous force to my nose. Probably because my nose was anesthetized, I didn’t feel pain, but while pressing my nose with great pressure, he moved intensely, like extra time in soccer. At this point, it stung occasionally and I became scared. Like this, about two hours of surgery passed. Because of the anesthesia, I couldn’t feel much, so it’s hard to explain the progress. It wasn’t as painful or distressing as I expected. Even when I left the clinic, I didn’t feel embarrassed or anything, but I became cautious when someone came near me... In case they might touch my face... That was my humble review. ps. What changes happen to the body on the second and third days... Will it start hurting...
