I had surgery yesterday. I barely slept at all through the night. My face didn’t swell up or turn into the beast people talk about. I haven’t even taken off the bandages yet, but I feel sad because it seems like I raised my nose too little. I really gathered my courage for this... Will my image change even if the height doesn’t? It doesn’t hurt that much, but the tape is bothering me. And since I’m out here working part-time, it’s even more miserable. Yesterday I slept at a friend’s place, and today I’m going to call home, tell my mom the truth, and ask if I can come back home. I really hope it turns out amazing.
