I had double eyelid surgery and front canthoplasty, and they said they'd make it into an in-out shape that would get bigger toward the back, but as time went on it became an inner double eyelid. It was extremely natural, though. Nobody could tell I had had it done. The double eyelid done with the incisional method disappeared after just one year, so I had to get revision surgery.
