The doctor was kind and performed the procedure carefully. I’m not sure about how kind the staff were. Even during the consultation, they recommended a completely different procedure instead of the one I was planning to get, and the answers to my questions did not resolve any of my concerns at all. Still, the hospital facilities were good and comfortable, so that was nice.
