When I first went, someone like a counseling manager did the consultation, and they told me to do this and that for my skin, but I decided to just get laser hair removal. It's large, and the facilities are clean and nice. There are some staff who are a bit unfriendly, but there are more friendly staff, and overall the laser hair removal is reasonably priced, so it's worth going.
